Lists are licensed (not sold) to the purchasing organisation for their own B2B marketing and prospecting. Resale or redistribution of the data is not permitted.

The purchaser is an independent data controller and is solely responsible for compliance with UK GDPR and PECR, including: providing privacy information to individuals (UK GDPR Article 14), screening against the TPS and CTPS before making marketing calls, honouring objections to direct marketing, and not emailing individual subscribers (sole traders / partnerships / personal addresses) without consent or a valid soft opt-in.

Company data is derived from Companies House under the Open Government Licence v3.0 and from filed statutory accounts. We do not redistribute FCA Register data. While we take care to keep lists accurate and current, data is provided "as is" without warranty of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
